PAYMENTS

Payments for prints must be made in full before any print will be printed.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

REFUNDS

DTF Prints Are non-refundable.

We recommend that the quantities and sizes are correct at checkout before paying. By paying for your order, you are agreeing to the stated turnaround time which is your shipping date, not receiving date. Prints will not print unless full payment is made. Additionally, you are indicating your artwork has been sent "print ready", unless stated otherwise.

ERRORS

All errors must be reported within 48 hours of receiving prints. If you do not report errors in this time, you void warranty. We do not reprint due to user error. If you think that the size or colour is wrong: DO NOT CUT/PRESS THE TRANSFERS as this will void any replacement possibilities.

RETURNS

Keep shipping box until you have verified prints are correct, we will send you a return label for prints to be returned if error is reported. Photo proof will be required of defects. It is the customers responsibility to ensure artwork is free of transparent pixels and residual remnants from any background removals. We do not edit or touch up any designs.

There will be a $50.00 per image fee if we are required to edit.

To check for this, zoom and check the design's edges, transparent gradient is not recommended, jagged edges will show once printed.
