All custom print sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once production has started.
You are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork. If any edits are required, additional fees will apply.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates copyright, trademarks, or includes inappropriate content.

3. Payment
Full payment is required before any order is processed or printed.

4. Shipping
We are not responsible for delays once the order has been handed off to the shipping carrier.
Please retain your shipping box until you’ve verified your order.

5. Errors and Claims
All order issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Do not cut or press transfers if you believe there’s a problem, as this voids eligibility for replacements.
Photo proof will be required for any claims.

6. Copyright and User Responsibility
By submitting your artwork, you confirm that you own the rights or have permission to use it.
You are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from the use of copyrighted or trademarked content.

7. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
