Refund policy

❌ NO REFUNDS

All DTF print sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun.

✅ REPORTING ERRORS

If you believe there is a mistake with your order, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
After this timeframe, no claims will be accepted.

  • Do not cut or press any transfers if you suspect an issue — doing so voids any chance of replacement.

  • We will provide a return shipping label if the issue is approved.

  • Clear photo evidence of the defect is required.

⚠️ CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

  • You are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork.

  • We do not edit or fix files unless previously arranged.

  • A $50 CAD design fee per image applies if we need to make edits.

  • Ensure your designs are free of transparent pixels, residual backgrounds, or jagged edges.
    Avoid using transparent gradients, as they do not print well.

📦 PACKAGING

Please keep your shipping box until your prints have been verified. It will be required in the case of a return.
