❌ NO REFUNDS
All DTF print sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once production has begun.
✅ REPORTING ERRORS
If you believe there is a mistake with your order, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
After this timeframe, no claims will be accepted.

Do not cut or press any transfers if you suspect an issue — doing so voids any chance of replacement.

We will provide a return shipping label if the issue is approved.

Clear photo evidence of the defect is required.
⚠️ CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

You are responsible for submitting print-ready artwork.

We do not edit or fix files unless previously arranged.

A $50 CAD design fee per image applies if we need to make edits.

Ensure your designs are free of transparent pixels, residual backgrounds, or jagged edges.
Avoid using transparent gradients, as they do not print well.
📦 PACKAGING
Please keep your shipping box until your prints have been verified. It will be required in the case of a return.
